Hate Tables

Does anyone know in InDesign how to reduce the space above and below the type in rows created by a table. I can adjust the heighth of a row, however, InDesign "seems" to have a set space above and below the text. I am already at 5pt. type and need a little more room to get the entire table on the page and this is my only solution. Please help!

right click, under cell options, the text tab, it's your cell insets, you can set them all to zero if you want.
