Is there anywhere online that supplies a list for converting pantone colors to a approximate rgb for screen use?

More specifically what I need is pantone 417 and 447 to closest rgb value for web use.

thanks

Or search Pantone to hex converter.

Unless you really NEED rgb numbers...

Photoshop shows 417 to be 110, 111, 100 and 447 to be 54, 56, 52.

I'm pretty sure all solid pantone colors fit within the RGB spectrum, so photoshop should give you quite accurate conversion when switching from the pantone color library to rgb color picker...

Illustrator CS says 417 is 117/117/98 and 477 is 72/78/65

Now what are you going to do?

Pantone colors on screen are all relative anyway.

I'd toss a coin.

Whichever one I pick, it will still probably look different on the monitor of the person sitting next to me :D

I would probably go with Photoshop over Illy, for RGB conversion.

But as was stated, there can't be any consistency anyways!
