Converting from Quark 7 to 6?

I have a file made in version 7 and I want to conver it for a friend who is using Quark 6.

Is there an easy way to do this? I'm not to familar with quark - I thought there would be a version option when u save as (there isn't)

You need to export it as a project and there is an option there. But, knowing Quark, he'll have issues with it...
