I know this is waiting til the last minute, but I need help deciding which of these images to use for the calendar. I wanted to do a sort of tribute to my cat, but I may have gotten a bit carried away with the collage thing. The rest were just trying to simplify my designs.

Did you not post the images, or is my browser being weird?

I like that one best as well, although it needs a bit of work still...the concept was well fleshed out, but the execution, I felt needed more work...

I voted A. The imagery is compelling, fanciful. Midsummer nights dream kinda stuff. Good job and way to give it 110%.

It was a tossup between A and D for me, Zendada, but I think with some work on the execution, D is my favorite, for sure.

Hey Zendada,
That was pretty much the feel I was going for... and it was my original design, I was worried it had too many elements.

I liked B as well .... minimal, but clean. There are probably copyright issues using the lyrics to summertime though ...

yeah, I thought about that, I did some research, but mostly what i found is that the lyrics are posted all over the web and can be reprinted or displayed as long as credit is given to the author (which I didn't do in the provided sample, but will if that's the one I end up using) From what I gather, as long as I give credit to the author...George Gershwin (Porgy and Bess) I believe I'd be ok...but someone please correct me if I'm wrong?...

It might be due to it's age, but remember just because people have posted it on the internet doesn't mean it's legal.

Keep in mind we are reselling this so any questionable copyright issues need to be taken into consideration. This applies to copyrights on text and images. Text should be of your own creation, photos should be your own photographs and illustrations should be of your own design.

Better safe than sorry. That's why I didn't vote for C.

Yeah, I drew the cityscape, and the photo of the beach I took, so I'm safe. :)

Well, since A and B are neck and neck I better resolve the issue of copyright...if I cant use the lyrics, I will probably not use the image...thanks guys!

Copyright kept me from choosing B or C before I even read through the posts. I ended up selecting A.
