What is my work worth?

I had somebody come along to my site and ask if I can take one of my illustrations and customize it a bit by changing a few things.

The person wants to use the image for promo things, t-shirts, post cards and so on. What should I charge to give her a customizing the illustration and to give her a digital file she can use as he pleases?
