Can I borrow your eyes again? Finally got all the links working and it's starting to resemble a website. I'm learning html slowly with a great deal of help from you guys and GDF. Any feedback on navigation, overall continuity, color balance/contrast/readability, obvious errors & mistakes.. is much appreciated.

I know it's designed poorly using the "chop-up-the-picture" method and I am researching better methods for information layout. It's serving it's purpose for the moment.
