I'm looking for clip art of squiggles, flourishes, embellishments, and trimmings and I can't seem to find anything anywhere. Probrobly because I can't seem to come up with a better name for them, my best visual explanation are the lines that go around the word Antropologie on their website http://www.anthropologie.com/jump.jsp?itemID=0&itemType=HOME_PAGE

Any help would be much appreciated!!

I think that there are some links in our frequently discussed topics thread, here: http://www.graphicdesignforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7892

Be careful though, those flourishes are looking a little dated at this point from overuse.

Drazan posted a tutorial on how to make your own, you can see that here:

No, the terms "flourishes, embellishments, and trimmiings" is just fine. Your problem is that you're looking for clipart, when you should be looking for stock vector art.

If you have Hoefler Ornaments you already have one.

Oh and Woodtype Ornaments (http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/adobe/wood-type-ornaments/) is proving quite useful. Though I do feel it is too recognisable these days. I spot Woodtype Ornament flourishes on designs at least once a week so I wouldn't recommend that font due to overuse.
