I've just posted up my latest template:
http://www.flashvillage.com/templates/Osiris/index.html
You can download the source here:

I know it's a little strange for a template, but I just wanted to have some fun and try some new techniques with this one.
Any feedback appreciated :)

the eyes are nearly unseen as a menu. I like the effect though. Perhaps a mouse over image that states what each one goes to?
I like the branching out - just used that technique in one of my own flash projects.
In the porfolio the random change of box colors and movement when clicked could confuse the user as to what they just looked at.
Otherwise, nicely creative! I like things that go off the beaten path - but still need to be functional.

I like how it is. I think its cool. Especially for maybe a portfolio or something. I personally think that for a personal or portfolio site to show potential employees its doesn't have to be as direct in its intentions as say a site for 30 year old mothers to by there crap on. I say go with it and i think it rocks.

not much at all. I am a 30 year old man. marrried to an almost 30. I probably should have said like a 40 year old mother. Suggesting, poorly evidently, that those of such age, 30, where a bit under the level graphically as we are being such artistic person that we are.
that made no effing sense. sorry

I love it! The red eyes are a little scary, but very eye-catching. It's like nothing I've seen before.

I like the effect and I'm a 40 yr old mom. I think the dycotomy of the organic origin of the eye and the vine doesn't quite jibe with the square format, the two elements just dont blend well... Is there some way you could incorporate the other elements in a more organic format? It feels somewhat disjointed.

I don't think I've ever been so impressed with an interface.
I am VERY new to the world of flash and seeing this sort of thing is very inspiring.
Great Job!

I know what you mean, I've sort of tried to restrict the design to a standard template format which may not really work. Trying a few new ideas.

I really have this thing for mystery buttons. They've always been a pet peeve of mine. But other than that, it's very nice.
I really think some distingushing on where the eyes go is needed though. :P
