Im sitting at my desk running out of things to keep me occupied. My stomach is in a knot and the only reason I can think of is that I'm flying to Hawaii tomorrow. I havent flown in a long time and I think Ive got jitters. And I keep thinking how much Ill miss my boyfriend (awww sappy. Ill be gone for almost 10 days) Can anyone put my mind at ease? I guess Im just venting... sorry, I dont fly much!

Know how to swim? :D
Ever see LOST? ;)
You will be fine! There are phones for a reason. Could be worse, could be 3 weeks! M girlfriend left on vacation on June 7, and won't return until June 28th. We both live in south FL. She started out in California, is now in Seattle, and Monday is going to visit some friends in Dallas. Returns late thursday night.... *sigh*

The phone calls are SOOoooo worth it! Especially the random surprise one throughout the day....

I hear ya Jacki, I always get a bit jittery before flights. Take a couple of "mother's little helpers" and you'll be fine. If you can't get your hands on those, be sure to have a couple stiff drinks both in the airport bar and on the plane...you'll be flying high and feeling NO pain! Oh and bring your parachute. JK! have a great time, I wish I was going on ANY kind of vacation.

Just put on some creepy violin music and try not to think about the thing on the wing that's tearing up the engine.

I'd play it safe and take both. Make sure to check with the pilot first, they've usually got the primo stuff.

I flew for the first time 3 years ago and I was scared Sh*tless .... I cried as the plane took off not knowing what the G-Force felt like ... I was a wreck .. and it was just purely from not knowing what to expect ... the landing was worse I thought the plane was coming apart ... I felt like a real baby. An old lady beside me said to me ... as the tears were streaming down my face ... this must be your first time honey, don't worry this is all normal. ;)
On the way back I knew what to expect and actually enjoyed it. But, it can be a scary experience. I thought the worst and things were 100% A-OK .. they will be ok for you too Jackie (((hugs)))
Have a great time in Hawaii ... I'm jealous as hell :D

Have a good time, sweetie! :D
Have a great time, and remember that you are much more likely to be in a car crash on the way to the airport than in a plane crash.

Just make sure you have enough things to keep you busy, magazines, music, books etc.
