Hi everyone

I've been asked to produce a series of A0 panels for a company using InDesign. Now can anyone recomend the best way of producing these in terms of scale. I know large scale panels are often produced at 1/4 size with twice the resolution (ie A2 at 600dpi).

Can anyone provide some guidance here.

Kind regards and thanks in advance!

A0 is only 46.81" x 33.11" which is not large at all.
Unless your printer or art director tells you otherwise, do it at 100%. InDesign's artboard can go up to 216" in both directions.

As for scaling, if you go 1/4 scale you have to multiply your rez x4 (A2 @ 1200dpi for regular print). If working at 1/2 scale you multiply by 2 (A1 @ 600dpi). The difference is VERY important.
