I know this site loads slower than is ideal, but it's grabbing feeds from 9 different sites.... I wish I knew if there was a way to "speed things up." I use rss replay (http://www.rnsoft.com/en/products/rssreplay/index.php) to embed the feeds.
Question: Is it so slow as to make it unusable?

It's ok for me.
Love the font you've used. :)

The font is Pupcat (http://www.getfreefonts.info/free_font.pupcat.html). I used different font sizes to get the random "uneven" effect.

Crashed my Safari, and I'm not going back in to see if it was a fluke. Sorry. :
Edit: Okay, I went back in. Yeah, it takes a little while, but it's fine once it's loaded.

I've tested it on Safari (pc version) and I have had no problems. Code validates with no errors.
Unfortunately, don't have a Mac to test it on. I'll have to wait until I get into the office tomorrow to give that a try....
Anyone else having problems loading the site in Safari??

Well, I'm not running the new beta version of Safari for Mac, I'm running the previous version.
A little bit of patience, and the site did load. Not sure I'd want to wait for that, though. So just my two cents. :)

Firefox on Mac at home and it's taking a wee while to load. Gave me the rainbow wheel of doom for about 5 seconds and then loaded after that.

Way, way, way, too slow. On a 7 Mb connection over 20 seconds to load. Many Internet users will be gone after three to five seconds.

hello, it stalled my IE (v7), but eventually loaded up. but most of the time i'm paranoid and close it with task manager when it stalls like that.

Sure the bulk of the page loads in a second, but the RSS feeds on the bottom...

Thanks for your help folks! Seems to hang the worst in IE. I'll have to look into that to see if there's something in the code that Microsoft doesn't like.
Mac Firefox. Slight delay - a couple of seconds. I like the site.

Ah, I see what you mean JPnyc... almost all of the page loads but 4 or 5 sections took a little bit. Nothing too horrible for me though.

Stalled my IE as well, then after a bit (56 seconds) it finished downloading.
