From what ive read i dont see that youre achieving what you want. I dont see an oil drip, would never guess this was a logo for an oil company, probably a highway of some kind, and this logo is going to be very sensitive in print. the greens will visually blend together at small sizes. This may work as a large sign but not as a logo to be carried accross company materials like stationary for instance. Come up with three totally different ideas, and then at least 5 variations on each and then put them on here for another critique. I would try and simplify the visual elements first. For a logo this is very complex for sketches.

This is not a logo, more of a poster or sign. Also, if this is the 'hub', what is a hub of? Should that be implied somehow?
