A friend of mine gave me several Quark Files with facings pages all being master pages... All of them are separate files need to be in one document. Is there a way not to have master page A, then B, then C... etc after each separate document's pages are imported to the one document. i feel like it won't print right if there all a million different master pages.. please help.

The multiple master pages shouldn't affect the printing. Are they differently formatted? I've sent documents with 4 different facing page master pages (due to different layout demands within the one document), and never had a problem with it.

for some reason the only master is for the pagination but since she started every document of about 15-30 pages with a master (for ex. when you set up facing pages she didn't know how to get rid of the one page A in the upper right hand corner) so each document has all master pages for every page..is there a way to fix this or do you think it will be fine? So what i did is set up a new doc and dragged all the pages in.

So the only thing on the master pages is a page number? In that case, I would think you could eliminate the extraneous ones.

i have no idea what she did every page in the pages have A's on them and then when i copy the next set there all b's so its as if they are master's but they are not.. like they are master pages with no master just the design of the book...it looks fine but im unsure why she did it like that probably just didn't know....but im just worrying about it going to print ok or if it can easily be fixed
