the first page would look nice with some simple image thingama jiggy.
Not so sure about the second page and its navigation drop down thing thats like wooooahhhh.
I'm sure someone would be able to clarify. :P

First thing i want to know is. What youre website is all about? Second, I think it much cooler if you put all the navigation setup from the first page...
I give you much detailed answer, when you feedback to me...
But anything else seems cool, like the main page...
i give you one example of my gallery website.

i've made a change so that there is less confusion about navigation, i've also decided how to easily and stylishly add new content to the site.
thanks

As DarkRaven said, we dont know what your site is about, and what content are you talking about? I get a pumpkin followed by a coming soon page. How is anyone supposed to critic it properly?
The fade transitions nice.
I' not getting it… all I see is a rip off of lightbox.

your site has no content. There's nothing there to say what you are doing and why. I have an enter page, a pumpkin and an arrow that links to a "coming soon" page. Nor are there any aesthetics to your website - it's quite plain.
If you list yourself as a javascript developer, why is all your code hotlinked to http://script.aculo.us and using them as a plug-in?
Not to say that many web coders don't use places like script.aculo.us or dynamic drive, or other such places that provide code, in fact - we do. Advertising it, however, can be detrimental to the trust companies would put in your services.
Sorry if this seems harsh, but when you say review your new website, I really expect a completed website. Or at least a functional website that we can navigate and really see what it's going to become. Not three pages with one picture.

you may not have realised - this isn't all my work... as part of that, the website isn't finished, i just wanted to know what people thought of the design

hi, i've just finished my new website - .... (http://aesthetic-design.co.uk/)
If it was in progress, then that is what you should have said in your first post.
Personally I don't see how just having a gradient background with a small box of info is a design. The one picture is situated nicely, and I assume that the arrows at the bottom will eventually go to more pictures. Beyond that I don't see any navigaion, which would be very hard to navigate a site.

Here's my issue with the site as it is. I click on "Enter" and it pops open a new window. Then I see a pumpkin with a description of the modal box. I can't click the "right" arrow button (the icon that I thought meant "forward"), but I can click the "left" facing arrow (the icon that I thought meant "backwards"). Maybe in Europe the left arrow means forward, but in the states, it means backward.
So anyway, I click on the "backwards/forwards" arrow, and I'm taken to a "coming Soon" page. And that's it. I can't go back to the modal page, because you've disabled the controls. I could use mouse clicks to use the context menu and choose "back", but I don't know how many "normal" users know to do that.
All that to say this, I would think about keeping the controls on the popup window, or not even have a popup window, as it serves no purpose.

It says on the front page, Which I can only see in FF, that your a 17 year old Freelancer....
Shouldn't you be going to college? You can't have finished your A level's long ago fella.
Telling people your strugling is definitely not the way to encourage clients.
As for the design,, like Drazan said. there's not alot there to critique...
Personally, I dislike click here to enter sites... I go to a site to look at it, I don't want to confirm that entering is my desire..
As for the actual page... not really much to say about it. Again, I wouldn't tell people your selling a product that does not entirely work.
The name is nice though.
