web based customer order/management program

the company I work for sells, services and supplies office hardware locally. We are looking for a web based program to set up our customers to be able to manage, place and track all their orders (whether it's a service call or an order for supplies, etc) and for each of them to have a secure and custom customer profile.

We eventually want to integrate our current CRM software (Serviceworks) into our web but are looking for a cheaper web option to test first to justify ROI.

Any ideas or suggestions?
