Print problems from AI

Hello everyone, I need some help please. I have done some stationery for a client, but for some strange reason I cant print the proofs off from AI format.

They do print but they only print in the far left bottom corner of the page cutting about a cm off on the bottom and left edge:( I have gone through all the printer settings but it is still doing it. I have had to convert the files to PSD to print from, so it prints bang central to the page.

Does anyone know why this could be happening? if so let me know please, thanks very much! :)

Hello Sharon, If you are talking about Illustrator then this is what you do. Go to your tools pallette, and hold down the left mouse button on the hand tool, next to it should appear to be a outlined box, select that and drag your mouse over the center of your graphic that you want printed. You should see a outline (your print margins) and be able to control them now....make sure your document is in the center of your printing area and your ready to go.
