Calendar Holders
Calendar cases have been researched and I've received a sample from calendarbox.com to figure out how many sheets will cram into there.Landscape A cases are priced as follows:
They are boxed in 200's
200 @ 40p each
400 @37p each
600 @ 37p each
That makes them around 80cents US per piece. Which is quite expensive in comparison to the square cases, but I guess they just don't sell enough landscape cases to get the price cheaper.

Domain name registration
I've registered cause4design.org using my own $32NZ. Drazan has the details already. I guess I'll get reimbursed with a couple of calendars and consider it a balance? I was planning to buy a bunch of calendars anyway.

Money
Perhaps we have a pre-orders section on the website so that we can get funds for all those things we need to get funds for.
