Ever hear the term "if it sounds too good to be true, it generally is?"

Go to the biggest sites selling software. They have the volume and negotiating clout to price low. If the price of a no-name, low volume outfit is priced at a fraction of the legitmate volume pricing discount, you have your answer. That holds true for the guy selling DVRs -- or cinder blocks in DVR boxes -- and most everything else.

There are a dozen scam emails like this in everyone's mail box, every week. You don't know what or whether you'll get anything.

don't buy bootleg, rips or anything like that, it'll only cause you trouble in the end. 59 bucks is way to cheap.
