What would be the best type of printer to use to print tri-fold brochures? I would like to print up some and was wondering what would give me the best bang for the buck?
Color Laser
Inkjet
Sub dye?
Thanks in Advance...

How many copies and how many colours? I assume these are 2 sided?
You print certain quantities using certain methods. Example, you are unlikely to print 100 brochures using offset printing as the plates cost around $30 per colour. Setup alone would be $120 before you even start printing.
Alternatively, you wouldn't print 5000 brochures using your inkjet printer. I don't know how fast your inkjet is, but I imagine it wouldn't be very quick.

depending on the quality you want and the quantity your printing, might be better to go to a print house, or ...shudder... an online printer. You can do brochures relatively cheap. If your printing yourself, go laser, something that duplexes as well. The one we have at work is a magicolor 7300 from minolta.
