Job description

I'm seeking a motivated, creative and skilled graphic designer to co-operate with on an ongoing basis. I am working on different web projects and I will need from time to time professional graphic design input. I'm seeking a long-term business relationship. Payment would be on per-item/per-hour basis (depends on the issue).
The adequate person should have hands-on graphic design and illustration experience and should be used to work with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop) as well as Macromedia products. Experience with flash animations would be a big advantage and CSS/HTML knowledge a plus.
