Its quite easy.

Eat alot of taco bell(insert other random crappy food) and you'll be there in no time!

The horizon gradient on the 4 isn't used nearly enough. Especially in logo design. I'm going to try and use that gradient for all the logos I design this month. :D

what do you do when your client wants more pop and you've already applied a bevel? well here's a technique i just developed, the double bevel!

oh yeah, it needs a starburst for extra pop and attention, you know how those silly starbursts work, always wanting to be the first one you look at, how about a starburst with a lens flare, triple bevel, drop shadow, hell why not some crystalize and more gradients!!
