Web Programmer
Competitive Compensation DOE, plus incentives
Full Time M-F 8am – 4:30pm

This position is in-house placement, no freelance or outside collaborations.
Located currently in Chatfield, MN but will be relocating to Rochester, MN within the next 60 days.
A candidate must have a strong web application development background with a proven track record. And have an ability to create custom applications for website development, object-oriented concepts, manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and focus on high-quality results, meet with clients, gather and clarify project requirements and work within the scope of the project, as well as work independently or within a team. A portfolio of work is required on or before a scheduled interview. The portfolio should include commercial websites using database applications and interactive interfaces. The candidate may be asked to test their knowledge during the interview process.
Position requires a fluent knowledge of HTML/CSS, XML, PHP, Java/JSP, ASP, .NET, ColdFusion, Flash Actionscript/Flex and an understanding of web standards, debugging and security issues. Graphic Design knowledge for Print/Signs is a plus.
