I know that it's bad to eat in the middle of the night (it's about 2:21 am) but I feel the urge to eat (not necessarily in this order)...
-pickles
-gummy bears
-drink some ginger ale
-cookies

and then go to bed. Does anyone else want anything to eat?

I got wine. Wine is good. [Slurring] Old wine is good wine. [staring into a wine glass] Look at all the colours...Well...Yellow. [Considering a glass of wine] It's like looking into the eye of a duck.

Jam, jam, jam, jam, jam.

come over to that other thread! We're eating cheese in there!

Did you give him a squeeze to check? If he feels like a bread roll then he should be kinda fluffy but a bit doughy too.

i am so in the mood for ice cream but not just any ice cream...it has to be delce de leche, with bananas, and delce de leche caramel that you can put in the microwave. That would be awesome right now!

Delce de leche? Is that an ice cream? Google seemed to make it sound like something different, not served cold, or did I just not read far enough?

ok this might sound really gross but it's actually really good. peanut butter & jelly w/ sweet gherkin pickles and potato chips. you honestly have to try it before you say that's so gross. it might possibly be the best sandwich ever!

I was craving guacamole so bad last night, I bought avocados, a lime and some fresh cilantro (I had everything else) and made some myself. Unfortunately, the avocados weren't quite ripe enough so it didn't come out with the same sweet smoothness I was hoping for. Kinda more like avocado salsa. Still fairly tasty. Had some last night after my little sushi dinner (tuna/avocado roll, of course). And... I had some for breakfast this morning. :D

I could eat a ribeye cooked on our pit. I would love that with buttered asparagus, mashed potatoes and crescent rolls with a big glass of milk. Instead, we will have round steaks and gravy over rice, spinach, corn, cornbread and milk or juice. But I can dream, right!?

OWW!!!
(Kool, kindly call off the PG Police?)

Of course, I meant to say:

Gotta love those processed cheese sandwiches. With just a little mayo!

And a chaser of Campbell's tomato soup.

Mmm.... mmmm.

Lunch will be my standard fare of veggie burger on whole wheat bun with fat free cheese. Been trying to cut back a little on my lunch spending habits, plus save a few calories.

Tonight's dinner however will be a different story. Rice n' beans and grilled marinated flank steak. Maybe some asparagus too, ya know, to make it all "healthy."

Virgo, we save at ton of money on my hubby's lunches by buying him deli turkey meat, baby swiss cheese, whole wheat bread, wheat thins tomato/basil crackers and gatorade or orange juice. He keeps it all at work and makes himself a fairly healthy lunch each day. We maybe spend $20/week on his lunch supplies and thats only cause we buy good turkey meat and good bread.

Well, my lunch spending habits stemmed from going to the local convenience store/deli almost every day. After the sandwich or wrap, plus bottle of soda and side of some kind (cup of soup, bag of plantain chips or sliced apples and caramel dip), I spent about $8 every time I went out for lunch. I keep the makin's for my veggie burgers here at work and comes out to about $1.50 a serving including the bottle of water. I don't do the side order usually though. There's plenty of candy in the office for that. So much for saving the calories. :D
