I can't find it anywhere in PS CS. Can someone show me how to use it?

I installed into Photo shop but now I can't find it??

If you installed it into photoshop/plugins/ folder it will automatically show up under the filter menu.

It wasn't in the plug-ins folder. It's working now. Thank you.
