Is there any place where i can find a collection of restaurant catalogues (in pdf format perhaps?). A place like www.logopond.com for example?

Well, I can't explicitly help you, but now that it's clearer what you're looking for I'm sure others will be along with ideas. :)

the only other thing i can offer is to go around to restaurants in your town that you like, or that look nice or in the style that you're looking for, and collect some samples. at best, you can find how someone in a similar style of place had their menus done -- but *do not* copy them; at worst, you can find some really crappy examples of how not do your design.
just my .02.

You could poke around the internet. Search for restaurant menu pdf and see what you find for examples. But as mojo said, just use them to get ideas of style and general layout and color but don't copy them ... especially if they're awfully designed. ;)

Thanx guys but i just cant collect menus from restaurants, id have to buy some food in order to do that...hehe
Anyway, to be exact i guess im more intrested in what materials are used in creating them and in finding different ways, special, unique ways in binds! Any ideas where i can get sutch info? Some books perhaps?

Try amazon. I found this (http://www.amazon.com/Menu-Makers-Guide-Restaurant-Design/dp/0972742875) and this (http://www.amazon.ca/Menu-Design-Restaurant-Managers-Handbook/dp/0867307544).
Check around though. And even though PDFs won't show off boundary styles you could just do a google image search as well and at least see some possible bindery options.

This resource (http://www.monroecc.edu/depts/library/MenuPlanning.htm) looks promising as well. Not great perhaps, but a decent start.
