I am currently designing graphics for baseball caps for my employer. I came across this site in my research.

I am looking for different ideas/ concepts people might have here on this forum to help me along in my design process

It's up to you to come up with the ideas, as you're the designer.

Generally, people will post up their ideas and sketches, showing different concepts, and then the people on here will offer comment and/or critique of those ideas and/or executions.

Even if we were willing to freely give up ideas that we would normally charge money for, "ideas/concepts for a baseball-cap design" is very vague. If you give us some more information (target audience, your company's style, etc.) perhaps we can point you in another direction where you can research ideas more efficiently.

Aside from Google (which is your friend ;)), my best advice is to do what urstwile suggested: come up with some sketches and post them (along with a detailed description of what they're for and who you're trying to target) in the Showcase forum here on GDF where other members can give you pointers.
