hey.

i am starting my graduation project in college and its about design in us in the 60's.

I first start thinking in doing a work based on Saul Bass's work.

I was wondering if you guys could give me some reference about the new york graphic design school in this decade, i brought my work to this direction now, kind of increase the spectrum not standing in bass's work just.

thanks for the help

Many of us would have to do the same thing you're supposed to be doing. Research. Generally we don't do people's homework for them. Especially their thesis projects.

BTW. Welcome to the forum.

my goal was not to make other do the research for me...dont think that please.

the meaning of a discussion forum is people change their knowledge, give tips, advices on subjects and places to search..otherwise it will have no function at all.

dont take this so bad my friend..it is not my intention.

In order for such an exchange, it stands to reason that you have to first bring something to the table yourself.

Example of what could have yielded a more favorable response:

"Hi everyone,

I have been researching NYC design schools in the 60's and <this> is what I have accumulated so far. If anyone who has either lived during this era or has any additional resources/information that I can be directed to supplement my existing research, it would be appreciated. I would also love to begin a dialogue on the topic to glean everyone's personal perspective on the topic. What are you're views regarding...

Thanks."

We're not here to bust your chops and are more than eager to open a discussion, but only if we see that you made the effort to begin on your own, particularly with so many resources on hand. It honestly shouldn't be too difficult to find books and online sites that can assist you.

In the interest of good will... (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saul_Bass)
