AI CS2 Cool Extras Help!!

Hi,
I'm a beginner at Illustrator CS2 and I have been trying to access the cool extras from the welcome screen, but when I place my cursor over the link, it shows a crossed out circle and is un-clickable what's up with that?

Also, when that problem is resolved then how do I import or open the cool extras fonts, special effects, etc.....

my guess is you didn't install them when installing CS2. plop the CD back in and roam around in the dialog screen until you find the cool extras part. shouldn't be to hard.
