Hi guys! (and girls) :p
Today I bring you a cartoon concept of a dragonkeeper, first draw with pencil and than inked in Illustrator, nothing fancy, but want to know what you think of it.
Here we go:

Love it, but why does the person have one wing in feathers and one not?
i would also like to see it colored.

I think it is a good start, but if you had variation in your line weights it would help show more depth. As you have it now it seems fairly flat.

Funny that you posted on this Nikklemomo...I immediately thought of you when I saw this one! and not just because it says Momo dragon keeper, the style of the little person is very much like yours. Which I like a lot, but the person and the dragon don't really seem related. They look like 2 different styles. But overall, I like it.

:DHahaha WannaBrie, actually Steven and I already cooperated on some projects, but this one totally is his own style, maybe the little dude he drew, got some relations to my real person image, I sometimes make two hair bumps. Anyway, I like this piece of work from Steven;)

Thank you all for your comments!
Budafist - Thanks for your kind comment! I'm busy with the coloured version, hope can show here soon~
Thank you Morea~
Drazan - Well, I wanted to make the character with a split individuality, like 2 persons, but that didn't work quite well, so came up with the idea to give her 2 kinds of cloth and wings. As you can see, the Left part is untouched, clothes are still intact and has an angelwing. On the right side, you can see that the cloth is ragged and broken and has a devil/demon wing.
It's more an angel/devil interpretation from within myself. Anyway, the coloured version is on its way~ Thank for the comment!
Drawing a blank - Yeah, I know, line weights, but I want to keep it really basic cartoon and also I'm relatively new to illustrator, so maybe later I will give it a try. But hey, thanks for your reply!
hahaha, thanks momo :p
Wannabrie - Oh, 2 different styles, I tried to make the dragon as much as I can so it would fit the character. Thanks for your comment!
Viince - Hooya! Thanks a lot for your words!
Teniworks - Hahaha, yeah, I had the same idea about the animated version, already imagining how that would be~ The coloured version is on its way. Thanks for your comment!
It is very encouraging to read those wonderful comments, thanks!

I don't want to start a new topic for something that I can put here too. It has nothing to do with the dragon keeper, but more with a next personal project I'm busy with.
The Pencil drawing doesn't show all elements that I want to implement in that world, but it gives a clear view I guess/hope. so, here we go:
