It's not completely finished yet, but it's for my editorial design class. And sorry about the sucky preview, the only file I could upload is jpeg >_<

I'll send in a clearer version when I'm able to.

Anyways, I had to do an article layout on parodizing something.

Starbuck's logo police are gonna naaaail you for that green. LOL! It doesn't denote 'cash' green either.

What are the dimension for this layout? Are each of those images two page layout?

I quite like the layout, but the space between the 3 text columns is off

DMG, THANK YOU!!! I was staring at the three text column. I knew something was bugging me about it, but I couldn't put my finger on what it was. thank you! =)

That's where the page folds, but I remember my professor saying the same thing. Just wanted to see of others would be bothered by that as well. Thanks.

what exactly did you mean about the green?
just out of curiousity

Of course it's where the page folds! Glad you thought of that. The most annoying thing is when text is printed too close to the spine.

I feel like you haven't set an equal margin on the spreads. I would have set a margin of around 12mm for something like this and aligned everything (images and text) to that edge.

Example, on spread 2, the space from the bottom of the text boxes to the bottom edge of the page should be the same as the top of the 3 cups and the green heading is to the top edge of the page. Capisce?

Your starbucks is only $2.00, that is amaizing! I think the green could be deeper, not quite so electric green.

decent. have you thought about using a pull quote to break up the text and make it more visually interesting to the reader?

I'd like to see a darker green as well, or maybe some shading on the right hand side to give it the effect of actually being on the cup?

Darker green. Maybe some shade. Gotcha.
