Happy Thanksgiving. Please tell me you don't also do that sweet potato with marshmallows melted on top thing? It's just wrong.

I'm not a fan of that either Frank ... I like my sweet potatoes with a little brown sugar, butter and salt and pepper ;)

If sweet potatoes are what we call kumara, then we have them roasted on the side of a hunk of meat. Or mashed with plenty of butter and milk. Or cut into strips and deep fried. Mmmmm kumara chips are good.

Happy Turkey Day!!! Do Canadians eat Turkey?

What is the meat of preference on such a holiday up there? :)

So are all our Canadian friends off from work and hanging out with family? Do any other countries celebrate Thanksgiving, whether it's today or at the end of November like here in the States?

Happy Turkey Day, you Canucks! :D
