I've already given up hope on this season. It's like, one step forward last year, and eleven hundred billion steps backwards this season.
The tackling (or lack thereof) on him really make me wonder how these guys made it to the pros, especially the one where one guy tried to strip the ball instead of push him out of bounds.
The previous losses to the Cowboys and Lions have already cushioned the blow.

Don't worry, I'm sure I can catch it on NFL Replay on Tuesday or Wednesday, and it will even be in HD.

He's good. I'll give you that, but unfortunately that's all you have right now that's explosive. Dwight Smith blew it on that pass play and Marcus shouldn't've dropped that int from what I hear.

Yeah, on offense, unless you count Garret Wolfe, but he's so small and he doesn't get the blocks he needs. I think Benson should get benched and they should let Urlacher run the ball.

It's rumored they got rid of Thomas Jones not because of money, but because the two couldn't get along. You have an AP, it might be time to use him.

Yeah, that is what happened. Benson seems like a grade-A holdout douchebag. The sooner him and Grossman can go, the better.
I've been saying the latter since day one. Certainly no Vikings AP, but he's almost, if not already, as good as Thomas Jones.

Eh, not even, he doesn't commit for anything, especially considering he's a powerback and should be plowing through people. The performance he had yesterday, the first half anyway, was the best he's done all year, which should be his norm.

Roobs what happened to your defense? I know they've had some injuries, but were they too convinced they had depth?

Most of their secondary is out, at least two of their biggest d-backs, Vasher and Brown. Charles Tillman and Adam Archuleta are the only starters still there, and Archuleta broke his hand recently, and I've been rather disappointed in him anyway. McGowan totally blew a tackle on the one AP TD, and Daniel Manning for some reason decided to strip the ball instead of shove him out of bounds on another TD. Urlacher and Briggs were rather quiet. Dusty Dvoracek is also out for the year on d-line, and he was quite a disruptor. Their run defense has gone to hell, though.
You can have depth, but honestly, most of them are just average at best...they were plagued by a lot of injuries on defense though, to the point where it's become practically a preseason team in the game against Detroit. That's no excuse for the crappy play from yesterday though.
