Bored out of my mind right now. Anyone have anything fun they like to do in order to unwind after a rough day of work?

Anyone?

Anything?

:D

LOL... RKK is quite far away (NY to FL). Besides, I would never cross such pathes with my GF on the line. Love her to much to do such a thing... ;)

I remember when I used to feel that way, then I grew old, irratable, grumpy and sarcastic! :)

....Why does that sound rude?

Well it's totally innocent.

This morning I put them both on the deck but there was a puddle between the dry bit of the deck where they were playing and the door to the house. They had to really consider the puddle for a long time before deciding it was worth crossing the puddle to get back inside.

Am I cruel? Bunnies with wet paws is cute.

I like watching them assess the world they are in.

We moved all the pot plants that were on the floor to table tops because of nibbling bunnies. Now the bunnies have learned to jump up onto tables to eat them!

How do you keep the nibbling bunnies away from electrical cables? My flat mate used to have a bunny that was far too keen on chewing cable and he had to duct tape all the cables in his room to the legs of furniture or the floor.

Was his bunny weird? It would chew EVERYTHING It was like a small spherical goat.

awwwwe, you have to love rodents right? Well it made me think of ferrets which I think are cute, but they eat everything too.

There are 4 humans living here and we each have mobile phones and thus mobile phone charges. Buns have chewed through 3 out of 4 of our phone chargers! They LOVE them. I think it's because they are baby bunnies and they like the very thin cords that come out of phone chargers.

Sharmi loved speaker cables and christmas lights.

They've also nibbled on 1 lamp cord. Lucky it wasn't plugged in.

Bitter spray hasn't worked - they find it very delicious.

I love stuff made out of cane and wicker and seagrass type stuff and so do the bunnies unfortunately. Luckily my dining chairs have wooden legs and the bunnies haven't figured out they can jump up onto the seats to eat them.

We only let the buns loose in the lounge and we have barricaded the TV/stereo/DVD etc cords with the furniture they are sitting on so that the bunnies can't get into that corner of the room to nibble on them.

We bought some chew toys over the weekend for them. They love them, but it won't totally stop their natural instinct to chew stuff.

Personally, I think even though they are young, they are looking not to eat, but to find nesting material. Instead of chew toys, maybe a newspaper for them to tear up and drag home (no acidic ink and recycled paper of course) :)

It hasn't worked on my rats either. They love to chew on the doorway trim in the kitchen (where I let them play). I heard double sided tape works. I tried it last night, and it did work... Not sure if they'll eventually discover that they can chew right through it though.

Nah, I think she did mean pot plants. We call them pot plants or house plants in the UK, not potted plants.;)
