I really need a change of music or at least more of a variety to listen too. Does anyone recommend anything really good. I like a variety, but no OPRA or Classical. The next thing is movies. Does anyone have any favorite movies. The movie I like is old. But been told that I look like Hellen Slater in the movie when I used to have short spiky hair. Which don't know if it is a bad thing or not. But the movie is called: LEGEND OF BILLIE JEAN. Plus I like FAris Bullers DAy off. I just like the corny older movies. Anyone have any ultimate favorites? And TV. I totally hate tv, but I watch the news, king of queens, will and grace, mad tv, seinfied, and when big brother was I would watch that. So, any favorites. Let me know.

I have tons of music. But like I mentioned in another post .... my favorite music in the world is blues. That has got to be the sexiest music ever. Gary Moore, Jony Lang, Kenny Wayne Sheperd, Boz Skaggs. Then there is always AC/DC, Blue Oyster Cult, Tom Petty, and the Allman Brothers for a bit more energy. And if you just want easy listening....how about Sheryl Crow, Sade, Cate Brothers, Toni Braxton.

DEF LEPPARD...anything by them.

also AC/DC, Aersomith (pre Not Going to Miss a Thing stuff), Rick Springfield, Creed, 3 Doors Down, Metallica (the sell out years..St Anger BLOWS), Journey, John Mellencamp, Tom Petty, Bryan Adams, Poison, Whitesnake.

but I love soundtracks (scores) from movies. Unbreakable is my favorite but also love Star Wars (all of them), Rudy, Signs, Sixth Sense, Jurrasic Park, Hulk, My Dog Skip, Perfect Storm, Spiderman, Deep Impact and a tom of the same. Basically anything by Elfman, Williams and Newton Howard.

As far as movies...

STAR WARS...all of them. I can't get enough...where iis Episode 3? I can't wait till May 2005...so long. but some others I love and why:

1. Star Wars (all the movies, one big story)

2. Unbreakable (the smartest movie of all time, sheer genius)

3. Rudy (about achieving your dream no matter the odds)

4. Indiana Jones Movies (all great fun, classic)

5. A Christmas Story (timeless, what everybody goes thru as a kid)

6. Jurassic Park (Dinos...what more needs to be said?)

7. Hannibal Lecter Trilogy (great villian, so interesting)

8. Finding Nemo (Pixar & Disney....what a team)

9. Halloween (Michael Myers scares the crap out of me)

10. Signs (Swing away Merrill)

11. Daredevil (Perfect Comic movie).

12. Rocky Movies (AMERICAN!)

13. Monster's Inc (Another Pixar Master)

14. My Dog Skip (If you ever had a dog...you would understand)

15. Airplane (Nuff said)

I was going throuh the same thing about a year ago..just tired of everything I was hearing. One of those days where you're going to jump off a bridge if you hear one more song by Creed, Nelly, Avril Lavigne, or ANY boy band!!!

Some of the alternative bands are a GREAT escape!

Check out:

The Flaming Lips (a little strange at first but great to work to, listen to Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots)

Stereolab (a good day starter, mellow)

Billy Bragg & Wilco (mermaid avenue...great music)

The Doves (last broadcast...again, great music)

Dimemberment Plan (getting more upbeat and fun now)

The Shins (more great music)

RADIOHEAD (any album!!)

Dumb @$$, plotless, pointless, hilarious comedies are just great!

-Not Another Teen Movie

-Scary Movie

-Don't Be A Menace While Drinkin Juice In The Hood

-BASEketball

-Pootie Tang

-Joe Dirt

-Tommy Boy

-and of course....Office Space!

LOL at all the movies you guys watch.

Well music I really like a verity of it but I enjoy that underground raw Hip-Hop, you know that stuff that never gets played on the radio.

Movies well Defjoe and Case have alot of greats but I must add the Dramas. Dramas are by far my favorite.

Men of honor (This man can do anything and inspires me)

Legends of the Fall (Classic)

Dances with wolves (Great Story)

Patriots (The one with Mell Gibson, I think thats the name)

Scarface (Classic ganster movie)

I have more but can't remember the rest.

Music: I'm pretty much with Defjoe. Not as big on Def Leppard, but I like 'em. TOTALLY into the soundtracks/scores from movies. I've been listening toboth LoTR scores lately and the score from Gladiator.

TV: The only shows I ever watch are Howard Stern (on E!), the Joe Schmoe show, Angel and the occasional Buffy rerun (I have seasons 1-4 on DVD so mainly just the last few seasons). I'm not normally home on Wednesday evenings, but when I am I try to catch some Smallville.

Movies: Office Space (Dewd! It's a classic!), Flight of the Navigator, LoTR movies, A Christmas Story (My absolute FAVORITE holiday flick), Unbreakable (like Defjoe said...), Rudy (Freakin' awesome), and Circle of Friends (this is my chick flick... theonly one I think I've ever sat through and really liked. Plus you get to see Chris O Donnell in short white rugby shorts... Mmmm... Yummy... *drool*... oopsie... )

On the local radio station here, they do a "Straight eye for the queer guy" radio skit...they talk about things like Gay guys getting into fights and doing nothing but bitch slaps, it's hilarious.

What does Roxxorz mean? Is that like Suxxorz?

I have no idea why either Megs, I think it was only released in selected theatres, and because it's a European (British?) film.
