Pre-order the Calendar Here. (http://cause4design.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1)
I'll continue to spiffy the site this weekend, add more images, text, etc.
I should be able to start printing this as early as tomorrow with the first shipping going out by mid-week (if everything goes smoothly) else no later than next Saturday.
In order to keep my sanity I'll be producing and shipping on Wednesday and Saturdays. (also depending on how many orders we get.) I'm volunteering my time, and there are two others who are willing to drive to my location to help if the orders become a landslide.
You are the test group. Please post in this thread for any obvious problems. There's already a list of to-do to put more information on the site.
PM me if there's any problem with personal orders, or email donations@casue4design.com
We are live folks.

Have placed my order! I plan to buy a few to sell to family and friends to keep shipping costs down for them. Any left overs will be Christmas presents :)

When will this be ready to promote for the public outside GDF? Thought I could send a mail with a link to this site to the people where I work on monday (tomorrow). Is it too beta to go public?
Yea!!!!!! and I have the same question as fredrich. I'll be going over their later today!

I'd hold off on big press releases, but you can refer coworkers, friends & family. And start the general promotions arrange the greater promotions for later this week.
I just want to process a few orders to make sure there's no unexpected glitches. Then once the main media hits there will be a smooth process of order to ship in place. It's easier to correct the first few orders then comback and have 50 orders that need tweaking. (shipping adjustments mostly - from experience the calculations from the cart don't necessarily match the actual postal calculation when I drop off things and I want to be as accurate as possible.)
That said. Press releases and mass media hopefully by Wed/Thursday.
I still want to tweak the site today and tomorrow. As well as actually getting a media page up with all the downloadable stuff people have contributed.
I have to go to work for about 4-5 hours and I'll be printing off about 50 calendars today to get started.
Yea...I placed my order! Very cool! Half of my xmas shopping is done!
lookin awesome! I was wondering how the shipping works? Are you shipping 1st class mail? or is this the purchasers option?
thx dave

epot,
Shipping is purchasers option. Either USPS or UPS and many options to chose from.

They are individual double sided pages. When the week is done, just flip it over for the next week. The cd calendar case holds them all very nicely.

Excellent Work Drazan!
As a side note thank you all for doingso much hard work, and letting myself and so many others be involved.
I just have to ask my girlfriend if she wants one as well, and then I'll place an order or two. Sorry I can't be more help.

The text and a bunch of stuff still need to be updated for the shopping cart.
Which is why it's in pre-order stage. I'm a one woman band right now. My priority was to the the cart up and running. Then actually start printing the calendars (I got 20 done today in the limited amount of time I had)
So there's a quite a long list to do. I have tomorrow afternoon off, so I'll have some more time to tweak.
Scott, every order counts no matter how big or how small. Thanks!!
ps: you can always come back and order more ;)
It's late and I've a ton of home domestic stuff to do tonight.
:)

So they are like individual cards stacked in the CD case? Lol forgive me if I sound retarded, but I've never seen any calendar like that.

Yes icekitty37. The calendar contains 52 weeks (actually 53 weeks I think) and sheet of paper is two weeks. The one week is on one side, next week is on the other side. The CD case folds out to set on your desk and display the calendars, one week at a time.

Sent out a company wide email, I know at least one person ordered one. I'll be ordering some as soon as I can afford it.

Ordered three calendars on November 8th, have not received them yet. Don't know how long it is supposed to take with a standard shipping rate over the Atlantic.
