Indesign CS3 Custom Print!

I'm trying to print a small A6 flyer to our digital printer. The digital printer has it's own imposition software and I need to set a custom paper size of 111x154 (A6 + bleed)

Indy won't let me type in a value this small and states that the value must be between XXX and XXX

Has anyone come across this problem as we can do this from Quark 6.5 no problem.

Well, I just tried, and Indy was quite happy to take 111mm by 154mm. The minimum size Indy tells me, if I stick in something wildly small, is just over 4mm. Check your units.
