Got an Indesign document here that's been worked on over many years. There are heaps of guides on every page.
Is there an easy way I can delete every guide in the document?
I want to make my own new guides.

there isn't an option for clear guides on the master?

To select all the guides, you hit shift-option-command G or something like that. Then the guides will change to a different color indicating they've been selected and you hit delete!

The guides aren't on the master page.
OK, I've worked around it this time by copy and pasting everything on each page (except the guides) into a new document. I figured that: Apple+A, Apple+C, click new document in background, Apple+Shift+V was faster than trying to select all the guides on each page.
Still, would like a suggestion for the future if anyone has one.

You can also go to the menu and do it. Under Layout>Create Guides..., which brings up a dialog box. There's a check box in there that says "Remove Existing Ruler Guides".
As with other InDesign stuff of this nature, it'll only affect the page or spread that you're on (or the master page, if applicable).
Since this is an old InDesign document, this wouldn't apply, but on new documents, I try to make a separate layer just reserved for guides. Deleting the layer deletes the guides. You've got to make sure nothing else is accidentally on that layer though by mistake. :)
