It's been a while since i've been impressed by a web site.
But this one was pretty different, thought i'd share it to those who haven't seen it...

Eeee gad! Flash based sites just don't do it for me. It just gets in the way of the information (not to mention search engines)! I have a decent DSL connection and that site still took way too long to load. I bailed halfway through the first dancing bottle animation.
Maybe I just put content before glitz...

Same Here. They also didn't make any provision for people who don't have flash. When I first loaded, all I got was a blank page.

you have got to have a fast computer and a high high speed for this, not pleasing to me, I did not like the guy screaming at me either.
very irritating.

Is it possible for a site that's lauded to be as Flash to not have the thread derailed into an anti-flash bandwagon, at least once?

I thought it was pretty nifty.

me, too. A lot of thought obviously went into the site.

It's nifty, but I don't care for their tv ads, so I'm not convinced to buy the product. I don't like being yelled at while watching tv. At least the site is silent. Check out the very last bottle, it's titled xxx, also, if you hold your mouse over some of the players (top right) in just the right spot the image goes spastic.

I may have been a bit harsh and I do use Flash for some content (it works great for presentations where the viewers control the pace) but for a site that is supposed to promote a product this just doesn't work (for me at least... someone else? possibly...). I am sure the flash designers put a ton of work into this site and it looks great but the delivery method gets in the way of the message. I not ranting against Flash just its over-use.

I'm sorry, but getting in the way of information - please.
This is a site for a beverage - what would be on here if it was a static site?
Bubkus. People don't go to sites like this for information, the come for fun. They want to win stuff and see celebrities. They're not searching for this in google, it's being blasted at them every time they blink. It's on buses, billboards, in magazines, chirst, it's in there hands.

There are a lot of crappy - no reason for - flash sites out there, I'll give you that. Not this site, this site is what Flash was made to do.

Oh how I wish I could get partnered with a programmer who liked doing math functions for once.... I just think of the posibilities.

I can do a lot of the math... but oh what i wish for...

Nice looking website but they need mayeba splash page (yes i know very out of date) that will cater for the non-flash or slow internet connection users, which then means twice the coding and extra cost. As much as i love the look of flash and what it can do, it really does need cable internet, i prefer using CSS/JS to do some fancy trickery and then just have small flash works here and there throughout the site.
