Too minimal...?

Just working on a new design for my website, but i think its too blank at the moment and can think of what i should fill it with.. There will be a new flash header soon, also the logo is changing, umm yea, any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Generally speaking, I don't like to scroll a page, especially if I feel it was unnecessary. I understand that the thin colum makes for betterreadability, but what if you did 2 columns instead of 1. You'd eleminate the need for scrolling.

Are the Categoric headers supposed to fold up and down depending on whether they are clicked? They're all opened as soon as I go to the site, thus rendering the button aspect of them superfluous.

I don't like opening pdfs from websites either, so opening a pdf of a portfolio is not going to happen...for me.

I do like the simplicity and minimalism, but I think you may be right, it may be too minimal (though I don't usually think of this much text with no picture or illustration as minimal).

Yes they should hold up and down.. ill look @ the css and see why that didnt happen to you..

Paragraphs are usually more attractive justified left. I like the colors and it was an interesting touch to rattle the logo. I had assumed it was a static graphic and so it took me by surprise.

I like minimal, and I like your colors, but I'm not really an all text kind of guy. I really think a couple of images would liven up your page.

As Ovaltine says in IE (I'm in 7) the folds aren't operating.

Its very tight... maybe an image on the right oif each paragraph?

So there is only one being shown at a time... a little secret which might lead people to want to click on the different headers....

Your portfolio is has some nice work in it.

Thanks for all the input guys, still working out why IE is being so ignorant, lol. Works on all other browsers. Cool idea king, ill have a think what i can do with it! :D
