I didn't...
Today's the official DVD release date. I pre-ordered it online from the "Helvetica" website (which boasted that pre-orders would be delievered a week before the street date), but I have yet to receive it.
I checked some local stores that are known to carry a lot of hard to get DVD's without success.
Anyone have any luck getting a copy?

No, but it's worth getting.
I saw it at a film festival and the director did a Q&A afterwards. Give the website an email.

i don't even know what a netflix queue is... although i'm british and we british do love queueing, i dont keep up to date on queueing current affairs as much as i ought to.

Netflix is a online movie rental company. You can queue movies and they send them to you for a monthly fee. There is no late fees. You can now even watch some of them online. They have a huge collection and all I have to do is walk to mailbox. I hope they end up add video games as Gamefly is unreliable.

You may have missed Helvetica: The Film. It's not often that there are good movies made about graphic design or typography, so when one happens to come along, us typophiliacs pee our pants about it.
