I have been trying to find out how to force text from one text box to another. There was a shortcut key in older version Quark. When you press Ctrl/Alt and Enter button on PC. Or Command/Alt and Enter on Mac.
I can not figure out what happen to that shortcut. It does not work on a new Quark 7.
Please help.
Thank you!

You would need to link the boxes using the text link tool. Or you could cut and paste. Ctrl + x, Ctrl + v. :)

Hmmmm.... I know that I need to link boxes. Supposed that you have text on one place and you want to break some text so that it would go to another box.
I really liked that command. I feel it is very unfortunate that Quark has changed that special command. Now I have to do two jobs. Cut and paste.
such a shame.
Thank you for your advice.

Try hitting "Enter" on the numberpad.
