I want to create a web page. Please open this picture: http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/3365/layoutjd4.jpg
I want to use "especially" blue color in #main. I don't know which color looks good in body ? I need suggestions!

All I see is two white boxes ... you don't have the blue on there. There are many shades of blue. I would say you just need to look at some color charts after you choose the shade of blue you are thinking of and start comparing complimentary colors.

Which colors looks good with blue in general ?

Depends. Depends on the blue, what message you want to communicate and if you want the blue to "pop" out or not.

There is a ton of color web sites out there. That might be very helpful.

You might even check the search within this site and plug in color. It may give you too much, but the question you have posed may be just a bit vague to narrow that down.

Oh, and then there is personal taste. I prefer very dark, rich intense blues as compared to a sky blue.

just to get you started this is a rather fun site about colors.

1944Mustang is a nice looking combination. Make sure you maintain good contrast when placing content (aka text) on a background.

if u want to creat kind of a glow around the main so use a lighter blue (lighter then the main)... but i think that kind of a bevel will make it better so u can use a darker blue (darker then the main)... {change the alpha to create a glow}

i think that blue in the main and the same blue but mm 30% alpha well be the best...
