I have to do this project based on the following questions:
· Demand for qualified workers:
- Current situation: are there jobs now available, or is the market saturated with qualified workers?
- Future projections: what is the job situation expected to be in the future based on recent projections?
- Geographical situation: where are the jobs? Where are they expected to be in the future, based on recent projections?
· Supply of qualified applicants:
- Current situation: How many qualified applicants are available to fill the job? Are more needed?
- Future projections: How many qualified applicants are expected to be available in the future, based on recent projections?
- Geographical situation: where are the applicants? Where are they expected to be in the future, based on recent projections?
· Required education:
- What education is required for each of these occupations? How long does it take? How much does it cost? Where is it given and obtained (e.g. community college, undergraduate college/university, graduate school, professional school)?
· Compensation:
- What is the average starting pay for an applicant with this qualification? Does the pay vary significantly with geographical location? Which areas pay least, which pay most for each occupation? What is the average compensation for workers with 1 year, 2 years, and 5 years (or some variation of number of years) experience?
Can anyone give me any advice on where to go for thiese sort of questions, or can anyone give me their insights onto them?

Oh Morea?
Do we have a link for this question yet? Seems we get 6 a semester.

I'm of course assuming he wants answers instead of more questions. :D

GDF is not a place to do your homework.

Not entirely true. We will help you critique your final peice. But we won't come up with the idea for you. You come up with the idea, pitch it and we can advise if we think your on the right track. But we will not hold your hand and do your concepting for you...

Best advise I can give on this is, if you are having a huge time with this talk to the teacher. See if they have any more advise. Gather a study group together and bounce ideas back and forth. Hit up your local libray or run and internet search... But don't STEAL other peoples ideas.

WHAT are you guys talking about? The kid is asking questions about a career (in Graphic Design I assume). Same old questions. If the search function would work for me I could find the exact same questions (though less wordy) at least once every 4-6 months. Mo may even have them linked in "Often discussed Topics" in the FAQ.
