Look at these Flash sites...

No browser scroll bars when you reduce the sie of the screen. How is it possible?

Action scripting?
Actionscript indeed...
...and a good amount of planning. It's typically called "Full Screen Flash". There is code in there written to monitor the available space in the viewing area (the browser), and expand your flash movie accordingly.

hrmmm....
I don't want to DL that ZIP file. Lord only know's what MIGHT be lerking in it! Can you just paste your actionscripting code here?
There might be a really large monster or something. The last thing I need is some GINORMOUS creature jumping out at me from my screen. That would just… ruin my day.

Not my day, it would enhance it. It would how ever ruin my bosses day since I wouldn't be able to work at all!!! ;)
Your boss would probably blame it on you though.
