anybody ever use this domain/hosting service? I have a client using this for hosting, i have been trying for a couple days to upload their site and finally resorted to calling customer support, they don't support DW, tech support was clueless. I asked what the host directory was and he said ...uh, forward slash. I said, um that's not a complete address...he says well that's what it is. Now i don't know what to do, I've created this site (granted, I'm really a print designer, but I know a tad about wysiwg editors and that's all I got here) and I can't upload it. Help!!

we use godaddy. never had to call cs tho....

a big problem with cs is that a lot of businesses outsource their cs and ts. I worked at a cs outsource center, and it ws bad. training was unreliable and inconsistant. systems were unreliable and information changed all the time. then they outsourced to another company and expected us to work together, but they would always go and promise customers things we couldn't give them according to company policy, so we always came out looking like the bad guys. i even trained and moved up to a supervisor/level 2 posistion so maybe i would have a clue as to what was going on, but it was just worse.

I've used godaddy.com, and have never had any problems...Customer Service has always been great for me!
