Is this only a personal site or would you direct your clients to this? If it's a personal site only and you don't care about getting any jobs, don't read any further...
You need to get your whole website proof read. I realise that English might not be your first language, but designing your own site with mistakes all through it is not good.
It tells a client that if they employ you as their designer you might make lots of mistakes in their design. Very unprofessional.
What do you want people to employ you for? Illustration? Photography? Design? Whatever it is, you should focus your portfolio on that. At the moment your portfolio is all over the place.
Do you really think a client is going to hire you to be their professional photographer based on these photos? They need a lot of cleaning up. Take this photo out entirely (http://www.sezginmesut.com/image/foto/foto%20%282%29.jpg). It's blurry. This one too (http://www.sezginmesut.com/image/foto/foto%20%2813%29.jpg). I'm not a professional photographer, but if I took these blurry photos, I would delete them from my camera. It does not belong in a portfolio.
Some of your shots look like holiday shots. They aren't even good holiday shots and they certainly aren't any better than clients could take themselves.
You seem to be better at close up pictures. Maybe concentrate on those. Use a tripod if you can or something to hold your camera still.
Your design portfolio is very limited. You need to work on some more diverse briefs - real or imaginery. There is no point redesigning your portfolio when there isn't enough work to go in it.

If you are not selling for English writing, then just make sure you have someone go through your site and proof it (suggest any corections and changes).
Ideally if you are working for English speaking customers then brush up on your language skills. You'll want to make sure that you or the client are not missing something important due to translation difficulties.
Website design is a personal choice. I've seen some pretty crazy websites from very sucessful designers. And I've seen very corporate, clean and simple websites from others.
What I would suggest is looking around and see what sites you like. Keep in mind that the people coming to your site are professionals that are looking for a designer.

1. Structure your page so that information is easily available, i.e. use grid systems and intuitive navigation. Spend time categorising and prioritising the information and devise a system for displaying the content. Consistency is important.
2. Learn CSS XHTML or Flash
3. Research what the current trends are. There are plenty of flash or non-flash portfolios out there. Just do a search for graphic design portfolios for inspiration.
4. Think about your target market and your personal style. What are you looking to communicate and to whom?
