Mac Mail issue

I have been having this problem lately at my job that whenever someone tries to print their emails, every now and then it just prints out the address but not the actual body if the email...i tried troubleshooting it but could not come up with anything..anyone know what else i can do to fix this.....there are about 8 macs being networked and occasionally this happens to several people when the try to print an email

Same issue with all the Macs? Using the same OS on all the Macs? Same printer for all? Do your Macs have the proper printdrivers or PPDs for the right printer?

Are there images embedded in the emails? What kind of pinter is it, and does it
have an internal print server (if everyone is printing at the same time)?
