this is the reason why i refuse to join Flickr. im happy being a "nobody" on buzznet and even with buzznet im sure alot of my stuff has been stolen.

I don't know the woman, her background or financial situation, but my guess is FOX would eat her alive in legal fees. She may getcounter-sued for defamation of character (is that possible for a corporation?) or some slander / libel with the pottymouth she directed at them.

Good gravy...there is a ton of those dogs out there. Frankly, I thought the eyes were off a bit.:)

There are legal resources out there for artists (ie http://www.vlama.org in Boston). If one of them felt it worthwhile, they'd probably take it on. And sue for court fees...

Now that's a great resource! Excellent link PD! I did notice that under the who we are it's for Massachusettes. So I did a search and there are several others for specific states and including Mn. Yea. I might need one.
