Spacing in Quark

When I got to many small words on one line, Quark compresses the spaces, So how can I adjust it to wider spacing, Quark should push the last few words to the next line.

I'm guessing this is justified text? Play with the justification settings (Edit > H&J's). I can't really tell you how to mess with them since I've never had to change them, but that would be my best guess. You can also track out your text.
