web portfolio done, feedbacks??

hi fellas,

i finished my web portfolio for job hunting. My old portfolio from college wasnt getting the job done, so I made adjustments ( hopefully for the better ). I am aiming for a job at a small design firm, so any info, tips, insights r more than welcomed.

oh yeah what do u guys think about emailling your resume & portfolio vs dropping-in in person. there r some firms that I would like to work for, so I want to make a really good impression. I figured people who have been in the biz for a long time would have insights to this stuff
